Notice for Opening & Closing Ceremony Spectators: Advance Registration & Identity Verification
Spectators attending the Opening and Closing Ceremonies are required to register their spectator information and ticket information in advance, and complete on-site identity verification on the event day.
If spectator registration is not completed by the deadline, or if identity verification cannot be confirmed at the venue, entry will be refused.
Please be sure to review the following details and complete the required procedures by the specified deadline.
*Spectators who purchased tickets for events other than the Opening and Closing Ceremonies do NOT need to register spectator information.

1. Advance Spectator Information Registration (Mandatory)
To ensure smooth identity verification and entry at the venue, please ensure that registration is completed for each ticket (1 person per ticket) within the designated period.【Important Requests Regarding Registration】
- As a general rule, registration must be completed by the spectator themselves.
- If multiple tickets were purchased, the purchaser must forward this notice to their accompanying guests and ensure that each accompanying guest registers individually.
- If registration by a proxy is unavoidable, from the perspective of personal information protection, please request proxy registration only from a relative or a trusted person.
- Any proxy completing registration must inform the spectator of all advance precautions and terms of agreement on this website, and obtain the spectator's explicit consent prior to registering.
